Bleisy Pérez (Panamá)

Egresada de la Universidad de Panamá facultad de Bellas artes, actualmente estudiando la carrera de lic. en música. Inició sus estudios musicales a la edad de 15 años en el centro educativo en artes diversificadas. Fue parte del primer Diploma de musicoterapia realizado por la fundación Danilo Perez y la universidad UDELAS. Músico en la Orquesta Dule de Panamá, en el que ejecuta el gammu (instrumento tradicional del pueblo guna). Ha sido voluntaria en el centro de musicoterapia de Panamá, y en varias ediciones del Panamá Jazz festival. Ha trabajado con niños gunas usando la música como método de enseñanza, para mantener el lenguaje y la cultura de su pueblo.
Graduated from the University of Panama Faculty of Fine Arts, currently studying the career of lic. In music. She began her musical studies at the age of 15 at the diversified arts educational center. It was part of the first Music Therapy Diploma carried out by the Danilo Perez Foundation and the UDELAS University. Musician in the Dule Orchestra of Panama, in which she plays the gammu (traditional instrument of the Guna people). She has been a volunteer at the music therapy center in Panama, and in various editions of the Panama Jazz festival. She has worked with Guna children using music as a teaching method, to maintain the language and culture of her people.
